Morning Routine

The photos above are from the second day of school. I love my morning drive to school with Ellie, we chat and she is usually very talkative and full of energy. It's more entertaining than listening to NPR. It used to take me about a minute to get from my car to the building. Now Ellie has a special way she likes to walk into school and it takes a little longer. It's worth it though- it's such a joy to see her at school everyday. Ellie becomes so animated when she talks about her friends at school and the classroom activities. On the second day she told me she had two best friends, when I asked her who they were she said, "Bailey and no one else."
